Category Manager ( Beverages Category ) Responsibilities: ·Assist in developing brand strategy along with the Marketing Manager. ·Plan, Develop and implement the annual brand plans: new product launches - Brand communication - Trade promotions. ·Forecast levels of demand for products to meet the business needs and ensure optimal stock levels. ·Closely managing relevant stake holders to ensure the achievement of the category’s KPIs. ·Handle the strategic way forward plan for the Beverage category including set up of power SKUs category potentiality, penetration barriers & building blocks. ·Work closely with suppliers on developing annual plans & strategies (volumes, budgets, marketing activities, promo calendars). ·Monitor the dynamics of the brand’s category through conducting field visits and requesting data from the field to develop the necessary activities and understand consumer’s purchasing triggers & barriers. ·On-going review of competitive activation and presence. ·Monitor the spending of the A&P funds allocated to each brand to achieve target profitability and avoid misuse of funds. ·Follow up to ensure all marketing activities are done OTIF. ·Analyze DSR (Daily Sales Report), the monthly Sales reports and market trends by channel and come up with meaningful conclusions and insights to develop the necessary marketing activities by channel and reporting for any gap to take the corrective actions. ·Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the agreed activities, follow, and evaluate the market execution, refine the execution plan (if needed) and analyze the results. ·Ensure expenditures are in line with the budget and submitted claims are legitimate and in accordance with the defined policies.
