Learning in itself is satisfying…Creating Learning opportunities is even more fulfilling! There is always a wealth of information with everyone at work and beyond. With this thought, a couple of weeks ago, I initiated a learning club within our society named - STAx Learning - STA is the apartment name, ‘x’ is experience. It is a way to pay it forward, share knowledge, and empower others. People in the apartment were welcoming when I sent the concept. More importantly, a good number are interested in contributing their knowledge and experience. Delighted to inform you that we were able to conduct the first session. It was delivered by one of our society members. The sessions are designed in such a way that it is limited to 60 min with 30 min of talk time and the rest for questions and discussions. The frequency of these sessions will be once or max twice in a month on a weekend. Though a small group participated, it was well received. For me, it was so fulfilling for the following reasons… Help others learn new…away from gadgets :) Sharing real experiences along with know-how rather than some gyaan Fostering a sense of community and collaboration Leave a positive impact on the world around you Keep spreading knowledge and inspiring others to learn and grow! #learning #knowledge #experience #empower #postivity #impact #grow #betterworld #community #collaboration #life #betterliving #STAx #fulfillment
