One of the keys to durability for vinyl liner pools is proper installation. Paying close attention to detail helps prevent folds, wrinkles, and air pockets, which in turn enhances longevity and reduces the risk of punctures from pets or other external objects. Tips for pros: Install when temps are at least 65° F to ensure the vinyl can move freely and allow time for temperature acclimation. Massage or smooth out any wrinkles. Warming it in the sun can also make it more pliable and easier to work with. Use CFFA-certified vinyl that’s tested to be more resistant to wear, tear, and punctures. 💧 Cooling system 💧 ❄ ⭐ A good cooling system is conducive to the rapid cooling and shaping of plastic parts, so that the shape of plastic parts remains stable and does not deform. In this mold, different cooling water channels are used for the top cover and the bottom cover: the top cover is arched, and the fixed mold of the top cover uses upper and lower independent straight-through water channels, so that the distance between the straight-through water channel and the cavity surface is basically the same.💧 The fixed mold of the bottom cover uses a water channel that combines straight-through and water wells. Water wells are used in the pillow position and the middle position, ⚡ ⚡and straight-through water channels are used in other positions, as shown in the following figure (a). Since the movable mold of the top cover has an inner slider and two reinforcing rib core inserts, it is not suitable to open a water well.
