10moI actually played this with my team during retrospective. But we made our inputs related to the completed sprint. This really helped in getting team members to talk about some frustrations from the completed sprint and come up with some ideas on how we could better approach them and resulted in some action items. We also played Never Have I Ever and made a discovery that there were significant differences in how a task was being executed by different team members and talked about how to compromise on the process and still get results.
