Dear Transformers, What do you see in this picture? Seven years ago today, as I flew over the Holy Land Israel, I was captivated by the clouds outside my window. I saw a city in the sky—castles, streets, angels, horses, and chariots—an entire holy city above the land. I was filled with awe and excitement, feeling as though I had glimpsed something divine. I eagerly shared what I saw with the person next to me, but they couldn’t understand or see it the way I did. In that moment, I felt a sense of isolation, unable to share the joy that had overflowed within me. This experience made me reflect on the journey of visionaries, pioneers, and trailblazers. So often, God places a beautiful vision in our hearts—whether in ministry, business, or life. We see it so vividly—the potential, the beauty, the impact. Yet, when we try to share that vision, not everyone immediately understands or embraces it the way we do. It can feel discouraging. So, how do we invite others to see what we see? How do we bring our teams, friends, or partners onboard with our vision? I believe it begins with patience and ongoing communication. We keep casting the vision with passion and grace, sharing the heart behind it and working toward it persistently. And we trust that in God’s perfect timing, He will open their eyes and stir their hearts to catch the same vision, inviting them to come alongside the journey and discover their roles along the way.
