What if the design process was a form of entertainment both for the audience and the client? Building a brand in the open can’t just be documenting and publishing the process we have today. It has to be something more engaging—a visual spectacle if you will. Lets face it zoom calls that trigger feelings of meeting induced anxiety aren’t fun. Productive? Yes. Effective? Sure. Entertaining? No. What psychopath has ever rewatched a zoom meeting for fun? But what if you started involving the audience in the design process? How does this new dynamic need to look? What new objectives does the design process need to fulfill? How can the client design with the designer and not create an uneven power dynamic? How should the audience feel? What is their emotional payoff? More coming on this as we continue to push what’s possible with Goal Lab. [ Goal Lab is our space to experiment, play, launch new ideas, and give back ]
