This week I have been expecting the phone call about the next #tour I’m going on. The phone call I recived was slightly different. Sharon from our office Transam Trucking Limited asked if I was free to do truck swap and it was rather urgent. Upon asking if I had time to finish my weekly shop and confirming details of the job we could arrange childcare and jump in and continue with the truck once it got to Sweden. As it was coming directly from the Uk it gave me time to get plans in place and it gave the office time to have a back up incase I couldn’t do it all while been quite urgent. Sharon handed the details of the double drive team to me so I could keep in continuous contact with them and arrange the truck take over. The truck arrived into Sweden around 6.30am and after a quick catch up of the gossip as truck drivers do while putting gear into the truck it was flat out north this time keeping the next driver who was reciving the truck informed so he knew when I would arrived and be able to get sleep during the day. The truck was delivered to him 8hrs 30mins later upon arrival in #Sweden. Transam Trucking Limited once again proving that there’s no problems only solutions and we can tackle anything that arises swiftly and effectively to ensure the #show continues and the quality isn’t compromised.
