Spoke to a fast-growing F&B brand late last week. One of the things we zeroed in on was the slew of challenges that stem from a patchwork systems architecture. Significant manual intervention needed to manage their omni-channel approach which is proving to be a bottleneck... They feel like they're "dying a death of a thousand cuts." As the F&B industry continues to accelerate towards more sophisticated e-commerce and distribution models, seamless integration across sales channels isn't just nice to have—it's a critical survival tool. While embracing the change is hard, it's the only way to pave the way to a more streamlined and resilient operation.
