An area I don't see a lot of brands capitalizing on is post-engagement video and personalization at scale. So much focus tends to be on video for awareness & acquisition. Not many are using video to boost first-time conversion, retention, or LTV. If you incorporate educational & interactive video in these areas of the customer journey, you will win simply because not a lot have caught on to this yet: - on site - after you collect a lead - after a purchase - in email/sms flows I'm calling it now, this video strategy will be trending within the next 12 months so hop on it before your competitors figure it out.
