That's why I think that BIM and most of all Revit is the best way to do a project at all levels.

Sometimes defining times for different tasks is helpful. So maybe you design for a couple hours first thing in the morning. Only looking at emails a couple times a day. Have your admin sift through your emails and trash the ads and scams leaving only the important ones for you to read. Have a defined time to answer client questions, etc. It’s not a perfect plan more of a framework and a goal to control your schedule.

Everyday write out your schedule and stick to it put aside the smaller things and kill the major ones first thing ,everything after just falls in place
