/ Capital Increase / Société de Bourse Gilbert Dupont is delighted to announce that FERMENTALG, has successfully closed a capital increase for a total aggregate amount of €12.8m carried out by the issue of 32 112 126 new ordinary shares, in the context of a (i) private placement for a total amount of approximately €4.9m, (ii) a reserved offering for a total amount of approximately €7.5m, and (iii) a public offering via the PrimaryBid platform for a total amount of approximately €0.4m. FERMENTALG is a leader in the research and bio industrial exploitation of microalgae. It produces and trades active ingredients intended for nutrition, health and/or aiming to reduce environmental impact. Researchers at The University of Alabama have developed a process using a #bio-based, #ecofriendly #solvent for #organosolv #pulping of #lignocellulosic #biomass (e.g., #softwoods, #hardwoods, #agriculturalresidues). We finished the storage stability trial of soy seeds treated with a commercially avialable Rhizobia product, comparing Ensemo GmbH's #SeedInjection technology with traditional seed coating. Results are incredibly promising: After 24 weeks of storage very high nodulation efficacy can be observed in soy seeds treated with Ensemo GmbH's #SeedInjection technology (in average more than 20 nodules per plant). In comparison, coated seeds do not show any nodulation after 16 and 24 weeks of storage, respectively.
