In our quest to boost employee engagement, we faced a common challenge: despite regular emails, town halls, and manager briefings, our key messages weren't hitting home. Something was getting lost in translation, especially with our early-career employees. So, we decided to shake things up with a simple yet powerful idea: targeted connect sessions. Here's what we did: ®    Planned sessions focused on topics that matter to young professionals ®    Invited early-career employees to share their journeys, naturally weaving in our key messages ®    Added fun elements like selfie booths and live quizzes with on-the-spot rewards The result? A fresh perspective on business challenges, better alignment with our strategy, and a clearer vision of how each person contributes to our success. The best part? Our annual engagement survey showed a significant uptick in positive feedback about communication and strategic clarity.
