I think one of the most overlooked things, and it's again, a huge opportunity, is asking your members to do things like teach workshops. And oftentimes space operators shy away from that idea because they feel like if that person's paying me, I shouldn't then ask them to do something. But I found in my many years, many spaces I've been a member of that the exact opposite is true, that the more if someone teaches a workshop. Like a fellow member who I may not know during that workshop, I get to know who they are, what they do, where their expertise lies. So then I can have conversations with them, I can refer people to them, I can refer them to people like. It just tightens up the network completely.
