Caregivers tend to fall into this role by default. A crisis occurs (usually health related) and they are unprepared but have to dive in and start swimming as hard and fast as they can. I've been there and almost drowned because of a burn out. I believe and know, it doesn't have to be this way. I transformed my role after I burned out. Had to! While there will always be a crisis, you can avoid the "chaos of a crisis by being prepared, not scared." #caregiver #caregiversupport #coaching #education #resources
