If there's no afterparty, make sure you state that. - The safe departure information is so important. Actively stating that you're providing this because you don't want people to drink and drive for their safety can help your team why you are doing this. Sharing the 'why' can help with uptake and normalise the concept of accepting support. - Remember your positive duty around sexual harassment.
