Although a healthy lifestyle is advisable for all age groups, people who haven't started should do so by 50 years of age. Essentially, a few years before one starts having some kind of problem, and especially mobility. Not doing so could put one at a risk of many problems, and pose challenges in health management if nothing else, e.g. if a diabetic (type 2) can walk comfortably it can be a great support for long term health. Besides, there is discipline of routine, and adjustment of diet. Technology can help in many such aspects at individual level and that for a population.
