So, a parallel analysis of different countries, or cities*, may help provide a deeper understanding. * - essentially population clusters where the incidence is highest and those too where it is lowest. Moreover, highest need not be one but top 3-5, and same for the lowest ones. Problems which are a concern for many countries deserve attention of all the countries that bear their burden. There is also a strong case to grade confirmed cases and develop similar programs for them to pedict and prevent complications.
