I'm a Project Manager in a mobile development team. We are facing the issue of very long review times for our apps in the Google Play store. App 1: Soccer News has passed the closed testing stage on August 9th and since then has been in the "Under Review" status without being made publicly available. It's almost two months of waiting now. App 2: Playmaker AI was submitted for review on September 2nd to start the closed testing phase. It is also still under review. During this time, we have repeatedly contacted technical support. We also posted on the developer forum, but our message there remains unanswered as well. If you can influence this situation and expedite the review process for our apps, please do so. P.S. It may be a stupid decision to write in the comments. But all official channels of communication are not responding. And we must do something to get the situation moving.

3wI have to say I am very disappointed with the Google Play Support experience. All responses are but bots, there is no human interaction whatsoever. Having had apps on the store for ten years and then getting cut off for an issue that is all Googles fault and in their hands is shocking. We pay for service and get none. General users on the store get better one on one support despite not enjoying the service for free.
