Is this the moment of transformation you all have been waiting for? I got enrolled in CRT on September 2, 2024 and after one week of training, yesterday we started our second phase of CRT. As I step into phase 2 of our Campus Recruitment Training provided by JECRC University —focusing on GD and PI—I am struck by how much this experience has revealed about myself. What if this training isn’t just about job preparation, but also a deep dive into our own capabilities and growth areas? It’s amazing how a week of focused effort can shine a light on our strengths and gaps. The journey so far has been a blend of self-discovery and skill-building, helping me understand what I need to thrive in the professional world. Isn’t it incredible how these moments of introspection can reshape our path forward? Each session feels like a crucial piece of the puzzle falling into place. As I approach the end of my bachelor’s degree, this CRT feels like the perfect cherry on top of my academic journey. What lies ahead is unknown, but I am energized and ready for the challenges and opportunities that await.
