The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in AV pre-sales or technical sales, with a strong technical background in AV systems and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, and control systems. • Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and design tailored AV solutions that meet those needs. • Proposal Development: Develop detailed proposals and technical documentation, including system diagrams, specifications, and cost estimates. • Client Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our AV solutions. • Support Sales Process: Assist the sales team throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility of proposed solutions. • Project Management: Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth implementation of AV solutions. • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry to provide innovative solutions to clients. • Training: Provide training and technical support to sales team members and clients as needed. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in AV pre-sales, technical sales, or a similar role. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, and control systems.
