🇸🇪🇺🇸🇮🇹 IAME Series Italy Open Games FINALS DAY - Deven did it the hard way today, rebounding back from piled on misfortune to put in a quality performance when it mattered most, in the Feature Final. Claiming the biggest mover award for the most places gained in the Final, he crossed the line just outside the top 5 having started from the 8th row of the grid. HEAT B-D | P6 —> DNF After a good start up into P5 and charging down P4, the rear bumper came loose after contact from behind resulting in a technical flag. Not a much worse way to start the day! HEAT A-D | P6 —> P8 Outside line missed the start ahead, which saw positions lost that had to be earned back through the race, but could not find the pace to recover fully. CLASH RACE A | P8 —> P8 In a flashily named Super Heat, Deven found himself a bit too anxious to get out of his outside line starting grid, and left his corridor too early, picking up a 3s penalty. Struggled to make his way toward the top 5 fighting in the lower half of the top ten, not finding pace until too late in the race to change the result. FINAL | P16 —> P6 Drama ensued trying to get the race underway, after 6 formation laps with a red flag in between that saw Deven almost doomed to miss the start when his spark plug fouled due to all the slow driving. Luckily he was able to change it during the red flag conditions, and once they finally got underway, Deven was a rocket ship, overtaking left and right, and chasing down the next ahead. Great battling performance saw him take the checkered flag in P6. A satisfying result to end an extremely challenging weekend! #karting #racing #motorsport #speed #grassrootsracing #kartingemotionandpassion #minardimanagement #winningenergy #energycorse #admotorsport #grabkogp #usackarting #usacnation #kartingsweden #kartinglife #sbf #fiakarting #coolkarting #hardwork #nevergiveup #believe #brunbergs #racingtimewatches #gotrollhattan #sweden #usa #iameseriesitaly #lonato #southgardakarting #opengames

Just recently, I had some interesting conversations with Slovenian tennis pros, and this is what they told me👇🏼 The players who are getting the best results don't dwell on short-term wins or losses as much as we would think. They understand that winning is not always guaranteed, even when you practice, do and play your best. Instead, they prioritize long-term growth and trust the process of continuous improvement. They believe that getting a little better every day will set them apart from the rest eventually. Do you agree with the philosophy of the players? ------- Wanna learn more about Sportbot? In a gripping showdown at the French Open, Carlos Alcaraz secured his maiden title, edging past Alexander Zverev in a jittery and intense display that kept fans on the edge of their seats. The No 3 seed prevailed over the No 4 seed in a match characterized by wild swings in momentum. The Athletic’s insightful analysis by Charlie Eccleshare and Matt Futterman delves deep into the intricacies of the final and its implications for the sport. From the opening exchanges, where Alcaraz's shotmaking prowess dominated, to the fluctuating fortunes that defined Zverev's serve, every moment was dissected to understand the dynamics at play. Alcaraz's victory wasn’t about flashy winners or remarkable scrambles; it was about gritty survival. Despite moments of sloppiness and nerves, he found a way to capitalize on Zverev's vulnerabilities and emerge victorious. As Matt Futterman aptly puts it, it was a testament to Alcaraz's ability to win even when his A-game isn’t on full display. However, the match also shed light on Zverev's struggle with consistency, particularly in his serve and volley game. Despite flashes of brilliance, his serve oscillated between a formidable weapon and a glaring liability, raising questions about the mental barriers hindering his performance at crucial junctures. Amidst the tension, Alcaraz's composure under pressure stood out. Fighting his way out of crucial break points, he displayed a maturity beyond his years, executing delicate drop shots to outmaneuver Zverev when it mattered most. Alcaraz's post-match reflections highlight the role of his team in supporting him through challenges and doubts, emphasizing the journey that led to this remarkable achievement. Zverev, gracious in defeat, acknowledged Alcaraz's talent and expressed hope for future battles on the court. As the tennis world reflects on this captivating final, one thing is certain: Carlos Alcaraz has cemented his place among the sport's elite, with his first French Open title marking a significant milestone in his burgeoning career. #FrenchOpenChampion #AlcarazVsZverev #TennisLegends #FrenchOpen #Alcaraz #Zverev #Tennis #Thesocialtalks

Want to elevate your net game? for dominating at the net in tennis! Quick Tip: Mastering volley control is essential • Proper Stance: Position yourself with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Stay on your toes for quick reactions and balance. • Racquet Positioning: Hold your racquet in front of you with the head slightly above the handle. This ready position allows for quick adjustments and more effective volleys. • Use Soft Hands: Approach volleys with relaxed grip pressure. A softer grip allows for better touch and control, enabling you to place the ball where you want it. • Focus on Angle: To control the direction of your volleys, aim to angle your racquet face towards your target. A slight tilt can redirect the ball effectively without needing excessive force. • Follow Through: Keep your follow-through short and controlled. This helps maintain accuracy while ensuring you stay balanced for the next shot. Practice these techniques to improve your volley control and become a formidable presence at the net! #VolleyControl #TennisSkills #PSSIFamily #TennisTips #MasterYourGame #TennisTraining #TennisStrategy #TennisTechnique #SportsPerformance #TennisCommunity #AthleteMindset #TennisDrills #GameChanger
