Here are some of my tips to help you cope: 1. Reach out to your support network — friends, family, and healthcare professionals — for emotional and physical support. 2. Take time for yourself and practice self-care. 3. Find a sense of purpose. Connect with the breast cancer community or take up a hobby you’ve always wanted to try. 4. Speak up and find what works best for you. 5. Remember, you are not alone in this fight.
