As I wrap up this week, I’m reminded that every detail we manage, every schedule we adjust, and every challenge we overcome contributes to something much greater than just completing a project—it’s about shaping the places we call home or that others will call home in the future.
November, a season of gratitude, is the perfect time to pause and reflect on how fortunate I am to work alongside the incredible teams at Kitchell. In the short time I’ve been here, I’ve witnessed firsthand the unparalleled talent, dedication, and passion of our people as we’ve tackled projects and pursuits across multiple regions.
What makes it even more meaningful is that these teammates aren’t just coworkers—they’ve become friends. It’s a testament to the amazing individuals who make Kitchell such a special place to be.
Together, we’re doing so much more than constructing buildings. We’re building communities, improving lives, and creating spaces that leave a lasting impact. What inspires me most is knowing that the work we do today lays the foundation for stronger communities and brighter futures.
Let’s finish today proud of what we’ve achieved this week and recharge for the opportunities ahead. Together, we’re building more than projects—we’re building the future!

This photo is from a building we’re working on, and every time I step into an older facility, I’m reminded of the legacy these structures leave behind. These buildings have stood the test of time and will continue to serve their purpose long after we’re gone.
What we do today truly matters for the future. Take pride in the work you’re doing now—because one day, someone in the future will be grateful for the care and effort you put into it.
