DAF FRESH PACKAGE The Flotation / Daffresh process is a water treatment system that is effective in the process of separating insoluble particles from water and fatty oils. The principle of this process is that the floc binds by air bubbles with a very small size, between 10 -100m. How to use paint flocculant AB agent? When using it for the first time, start the circulating water pump, add 1‰A-agent and 1‰B agent according to the circulating water volume, adjust the pH value to 7.5~8.5, and then add A-agent according to 1/10 of the sprayed paint volume. Generally, the input amounts of Agent B and Agent A are the same, and the actual input amount depends on the on-site operation conditions. It can make the floating rate of paint slag reach more than 95%. It can be salvaged manually or with a slag removal machine, and the circulating water can be used continuously. A hydraulic system under intense high-temperature operation will cause rapid oxidation of mineral oil-based hydraulic fluids. Another great night doing silo level checks. Great level lines on all the silos. This data will be used along side a level sensor system. This scan was done about 2 hours after sun down. Normally I do this inspection early in the morning but with the weather changing here in the Midwest of the United States as fall and winter comes I find it better to do this type of scan after dark.
