Two weeks ago, we hit a wall. Unexpected. Annoying. And yeah, downright disappointing. It was the kind of setback that could crush the morale of any team, especially one we’ve spent the last year building from the ground up. But here's the deal; when life throws you crap, you either sit in it, or you fight through it. I chose to use that frustration. I took that anger, that disappointment, and turned it into fuel for my team. We’ve fought for momentum before, and now we’re fighting for it again. Not just for the numbers, but for the culture we built, the trust we've earned, and most importantly; for each other. And you know what? The team’s rallying. We’ve got CARSOME Autofair coming up, and we’re gearing up to push harder, aim higher, and reclaim the momentum we lost. Because here's the thing; brand equity, the trust we’ve built, doesn’t vanish with a bad week. It pays off when you stand up and keep swinging. Why? ✨ 🍀 Lucky 7! ✨ Time flies, and last week, I marked my 7th year at Kistler Group. Looking at my friends, one could say that staying at the same company for seven years might be a little too long. But hey – I realized that you can find motivation and curiosity to explore new topics everywhere and at all times. 🦄 In these seven years, I belonged to different teams, reported to different managers (shortly even directly to the CEO!) and got to know #Kistler from many different perspectives. Thanks to this, my Kistler-network became bigger and I am still amazed how many experts, talents and inspiring colleagues there are around me. Colleagues driven by their passion to tackle complex issues, or seeking answers and solutions to make our daily business life easier, and for me the biggest heroes – the ones concurring excel reports with ease every day! You all rock! 🙌 🎢 Our job can often feel like a rollercoaster. However, the nice thing is that it is up to us to choose the right booster for our ride. And for myself, it's been working with people that inspire me and make me want to learn from them as much as possible.
