A lot of businesses claim to be inclusive and support their neurodiverse and disabled employees… But it’s very easy to spot the ones that are taking meaningful action and the ones that aren’t truly supporting the team’s needs. 👀 Culture starts at the top and trickles down. So it’s great if you're working to communicate the value that your ND and disabled team members are bringing to the business, but you need to take meaningful action, too. Lead by example.
