Gran Sasso HR Solutions | HR Strategy, Leadership, Culture, and Team Development

I am so grateful for the opportunity to partner with This Hour Has 22 Minutes. Now in its' 31st season, this show is a Canadian treasure. Last week we wrapped up a 4 day "Leadership Essentials" bootcamp for the department heads of 22 Minutes. It was so great to watch this group develop and grow both individually and as a leadership team. Some great feedback below! "Craig was a fantastic trainer he’s interactive and thought provoking. He knows his stuff! He created a safe space to have open communication among a group of professionals with different leadership styles.  I learned a lot about myself and why I do things a certain way, why others do things differently and received some helpful tools to help me in my more difficult areas leading people.  Many discussions were had during and after our sessions, and I believe it opened up a type of conversation that wasn’t here before, which is definitely going to help us with our teams and as a whole. " - Lindsay Thorne, Key Makeup "Working in film, you collaborate with all types of personalities, in a wide range dynamic situations. Having an understanding of the DiSC principles offers a quick insight and reference point into the most effective ways of giving instruction, feedback or criticism to your team or an individual. Knowing your own strengths and weaknesses within the DiSC model and more importantly, knowing how other DiSC groups view your particular group, I found particularly fascinating and helpful." - Andy Miller, Art Director "We just completed our training from Gran Sasso with Craig. It was a wonderful team building experience. I highly recommend it to any professional. I gained great knowledge about my own leadership style, and now have a better understanding of myself and my crew. I learned new valuable skills, and improved my ability to be a good team leader. Thanks again for all your insights and positive influence." - Geoff Dunsworth, Construction Crew Leader
