Almost a week in and things are ramping up during the calorie burn challenge. 3 things we learned so far: 1. Badminton 🏸 is extremely good at burning calories unintentionally (see #1 on the leaderboard). 2. The individual differences between metabolism are huge. You can do the exact same activity and the amount of calories burned will be wildly different. 3. Whereas cardio was normally avoided by many before the challenge, it's being passionately sought after now! #calorieburn #challenge
