❓Did you know❓ 🌞"Intermittent" Utility-scale #solar plants need 5-15 acres per MWh (not including battery storage).    🏭Duke Energy Corporation Gibson Station (#coal fired powerplant) requires just 1 acre per MWh! 🏭 🌍With the global population set to reach 9.8B by 2050 (8B +/- today) the impact of utilities on #farmland becomes crucial. 🚜💡 What happens when a natural event comes through your town again and knocks out any portion of a solar field and these panels leach into the farm ground? Before taking over the fertile farm ground let's consider alternatives. #RenewableEnergy #Sustainability #GlobalPopulation #FoodSecurity #EnergyInnovation #fossilfuture

I traveled from northern Nevada to central Montana for more than two years, saw at least 3 new solar installations and 2 wind farms, not one coal, gad or oil fired power plant, that is reality. Two new upgrades to existing solar farms as well as a new one from Tonopah, NV to Phoenix,AZ more reality. Biden’s subsidies must be working!
