Dockzilla Co. makes this dilemma go away. The idea of putting the loading docks in the floor of a building before or after initial construction is just wrong. There is no need anymore to tear up a perfectly good floor, only to need to patch it back up for the next tenant who doesn't want that style of dock. Our modular, exterior hydraulic dock equipment come in 4' projection, 6', 8' and 15' lengths, fully bolt on the outside with enclosures, restraints shelters, lights and anything else that traditional loading docks use, but without the effort. Call in and speak to our engineers who will simply this common challenge. https://lnkd.in/gBqFA_QB
Unfinished dock positions in spec distribution buildings are a blessing and a curse. A blessing in that an end user can get the exact dock equipment that they need. A curse in that dock equipment continues to give us sticker shock and can chew into a Tenant Improvement Allowance bigtime! Its more important than ever to understand user needs on dock equipment on the front end to ensure you have budgeted correctly or to help find potential savings. On this particular project, our client was able to install pit levelers on every 3rd position and EOD on the remaining....a huge savings in a big building! #stickershock #dockhigh #dockdoors #dockpositions #dockequipment #pitlevelers #industrail #specindustrail #industrialdesign #industrailconstruction #commercialrealestate #cre #richcommercial #rcr #richcommercialrealty
