Latest Podcast episode is up! Wednesday brings us another day #californiasober Why I decided to give up Alcohol 5 months ago for good and how I feel about the stigmas between pot and booze. ------------------- "Five months is huge for me. I didn’t think I could do it, but here I am. Some days are harder than others, but I’ve learned to take it one day at a time. I’ve had my moments of doubt, where I wanted to just throw in the towel, but I didn’t. I stayed strong. And I know that I can keep going. Sobriety isn’t a destination—it’s a journey. And I’m figuring it out as I go. Some days are harder than others, but I’ve learned to let myself feel whatever I’m feeling without judgment. I’ve learned that it’s okay to be sad, or angry, or frustrated. The key is not letting those feelings define me. Embracing the bad days and knowing they’ll pass is one of the most freeing things I’ve learned in this process. I can have a bad day, but it doesn’t mean I’m a failure. It just means I’m human. So, if you’re on your own journey—whether it’s with sobriety, mental health, or just life in general—take it one day at a time. Be kind to yourself. Serve what feeds your soul, not what feeds your instant gratification. If you need rest, rest. If you need to cry, cry. But never give up. Tomorrow is another day. Another chance to keep going. Okay, I’ve rambled long enough. Thanks for sticking with me. I’d love to hear your thoughts—whether it’s about sobriety, marijuana, or just life in general. Let’s keep the conversation going. Until next time, stay warm, stay kind, and keep going." ------------- Wednesday brings us another day #californiasober Why I decided to give up Alcohol 5 months ago for good and how I feel about the stigmas between pot and booze.

Self-exploration starts with shifting the focus inward. If you're questioning your relationship with alcohol and find yourself in that 'gray area,' it’s time to stop comparing. Don’t worry about the numbers in studies or what your friends are doing. The real question is: What’s right for me? How much is enough, and when does it go from enjoyment to consequence? Only you can define that balance. 🧭✨ Listen to the full episode 👉 https://lnkd.in/gGBHEFfk Paul Briley #SelfDiscovery #MindfulChoices #PersonalGrowth
