Final Acquisition of the Year! 🚀 We are thrilled to announce that RD Capital Partners (RDCP) has acquired an 80% stake in Grayton | RJE. We’re excited to partner with Carl Meale and Richard Southee as Joint Managing Directors and fellow shareholders, alongside Richard Marshall and Peter Osullivan as Joint Chairmen. Grayton is a leading engineering services provider specialising in the maintenance, installation, and diagnostics of industrial rotary equipment. Established in 1992, the company serves critical sectors including steel, cement, chemicals, oil and gas, food, and power. With a turnover of £17.6 million, Grayton employs 130 staff and achieved an impressive adjusted EBITDA of £3.2 million in 2023. This acquisition significantly enhances RDCP’s footprint in the UK industrials sector, bolstering our expertise in predictive maintenance and turnkey project solutions. A special thanks to the Beach Point Capital Ireland and UK (BPC) team—Shane Lanigan, Seth Vaughan, and Jakob Nilsson—for their continued support of RDCP. This marks BPC’s second time supporting RDCP after backing the acquisition of Alma Rail in 2022!
