🇲🇭 Marshall Islands lags the Pacific regional average for the representation of women in senior board and executive positions. PSDI has just released an update to its 2021 report, Leadership Matters: Benchmarking Women in Business Leadership in the Pacific. Leadership Matters 2024 finds that, despite some progress, the representation of women in senior board and executive positions is still well below Pacific regional averages.
