I am thrilled to announce that I have completed the Liquip Product Training covered a range of topics including : - Principles of Road Tankers  - Road Tanker Components  - Advanced Overfill Equipment  - Positive Displacement Meters  - Electronic Installations on Tankers  - Level Gauging Installation & Calibration  - Terminal Components  - Aviation Components  - Clean Energy Components Through this training, I learned valuable skills such as operations at the terminal and the type of machines used to deliver oil.

We don't hear much these days about 'on the job, training and yet it is so important. When we expect our team members to pass on their skills to new starters it's neither appropriate nor effective to use the 'sitting with Nellie' approach instead of providing 'on the job' trainer skills training. It has been my privilege to train and assess 'on the job' trainers in numerous organisations including training for Vopak International, Warburtons, Highways Industry, Tetley Tea, Serco International, Tradebe, and presently Berkshire Labels.
