As per my quote in the article - I really believe that KPIs from things like #EUTaxonomy, #SFDR and #EPBD are giving both investors and occupiers a way to actually judge progress and performance on sustainability in a way that they know the market recognises. It’s been a real change from where we were even a year or so ago. In addition to this, thanks to the growing number of decarbonisation audits, we now have the data and the information we need to be able to have more meaningful conversations both up and down the value chain with both investors and occupiers. This has been the big shift and I’m seeing more occupier engagement than I’ve ever seen because we have that data to be able to have a conversation around how we collaborate on this transition together.
