Congratulations to Blake Edwards on his incredible hole-in-one on the 9th hole this weekend! ⛳️ This is Blake's second ace on the same hole, proving just how lucky (and skilled!) he is. "I had an ace once before on the same hole a couple of years ago with the pin in the SAME place! I hit a wedge into the wind, it flew 10 feet past the hole and spun back in. I texted my wife and family first. It's an amazing feeling to have a hole in one, especially when you see spin back in." What an amazing achievement! 👏⛳

I had a good friend by the name of Tashaun Gipson. We played together at the University of Wyoming, and now he’s in his 12th season, which is incredible! But T Gip, as we called him, had a real knack for getting interceptions—seriously, a lot of them. I was curious about how he was able to do it, and I noticed a couple of things. But there’s one thing I want to highlight in particular. T Gip made it a point to run to every single ball—whether it was a pass or a run play. He was always near the ball. And because of that, when a pass got tipped or there was a fumble, he was there, ready to make a play. He put himself in position for success. This is true in life, too. If you’re constantly showing up, putting yourself in the right environments, and making the effort, good things will happen. SHOW UP... Because being there and being ready is half the battle. The rest? It’ll take care of itself when you’re in the right place at the right time.

Well, I don't know about perfect (although perfection is our aspiration, for sure), but the software we design, enhance, and support for managing ROU asset portfolios, CRE Lease Administration, and both CRE and equipment Lease Accounting is pretty awesome.
