Our #aluminumrecycling process consists of three key steps: Prep-it, Melt-it and Move-it. This method guarantees safety, #efficiency and quality in aluminum production. ✅Prep-it Our drying and delacquering system involves removing any lacquer, paint, protective coating or moisture from the #aluminumchips. This is crucial to avoid steam explosions, metal losses and slag generation, when the #scrap is subsequently introduced into a melting furnace. ✅Melt-it In our side well vortex pump #melting #furnace, we enhances the efficiency and safety of the aluminum melting process, particularly when dealing with light scrap such as chips, which are often generated in machining and #manufacturing operations. The vortex created by the pump produce fast integration and melting of the chips, reducing melt loss and dross formation. ✅Move-it To improve the quality of the aluminum, the molten metal undergoes degassing to remove dissolved gases, such as hydrogen, which can cause porosity in the final product. This is often done using rotary degassers or ultrasonic treatment.
