A week ago, we returned from our last competition of the 2024 season in Croatia.🇭🇷 Since then, we’ve been preparing for the new season to the full. Today, however, we want to take another look back at our time at Formula Student Alpe Adria ! After the intensive time at the Hockenheimring, we headed straight to Croatia and used the remaining hours before the start of the competition to put the finishing touches to the car. 🏎️ In the days that followed, it was time for the E-Scruti, M-Scruti, brake, tilt and rain test. Having passed these tests as quickly as possible, we were then able to concentrate fully on the statics, where we impressed the officials so much that we made it to the final in the cost and design categories and even took first place in the cost category! 🏆 This was followed by the dynamic disciplines, starting with the Accel and Skidpad. We were particularly pleased with our performance in the Accel, as we were able to optimize our time here compared to FSG! ⏱️ We then secured a place among the three fastest teams in the subsequent AutoX, which meant we rolled up to the start line for the Endurance on the last day of FSAA just before sunset. Until the last laps before the finish line, we were also able to post good times here. But then we had problems with the gears, which prevented us from finishing the Endurance successfully. Despite this sobering end to the dynamic disciplines, we are proud of our placings in the other disciplines and grateful for our time at Formula Student Alpe Adria We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank our friends from TUGracing once again for hosting us during the time between FSG and FSAA. At the same time, we’d like to congratulate you on your overall victory! Seeing you up there on stage put a smile on our faces after the disappointment following the Endurance! 💚 © Marvin Herzog © Rennteam Media – Himmen #Rennteam #unistuttgart #teamwork #formulastudent #formulastudentalpeadria #racecar #racing #croatia #competition #fsae
