We had the same idea for Terrace, BC to be located adjacent to the regional airport in a serviced area called Skeena Industrial Park, alas BC is currently not in the business of attracting investment so the money goes elsewhere.
NW Alberta has great Economic potential , would love to see this unwrap becoming a reality .

1wThere is no suitable power transmission in the in the Greenview area and telco services are terrible. Maybe in 6-10 years they will be suitbale. In the Mean time we have the necessary power in Alberta NOW with the necessary power and hubs! When you need ACTUAL POWER Kevin, reach out.
