Are you a film enthusiast? Do you know the difference between art and commercial films? The goal of any "commercial film" is to gain popularity, while "art film" gives stress on the portrayal of reality. It's an age-old debate that has slowly evolved into the concept of "Meaningful Cinema." Growing up, my family always supported art films over commercial ones. Both types of filmmaking require money, and filmmakers of both types want an average return of around 6-10% over around 2 years. However, the basic difference between the two is the focus on reality versus popularity. Let's keep the art vs. commercial debate alive and continue to appreciate "meaningful cinema."
