What we work on at Broth&Co is to empower both farm gates and consumer ones, where awareness arises as the catalyst for fair profits and reset of the equation set for decades. When powerful institutions do not make the maths be it difficult, to make the bill payable by stakeholders, streets strikes shocks happen, not yet riots. It could be simple to make carbon if right reference first, to be monetized and make sure the farm gate bill is shared by the size of impact, cashcowing the inflation problems for logistics solely added value, real estate and brand/packaging driven, is this virtuous? we at B&C are not activists but active, in doing connection within a first promotion of 8 companies, with synergies, from roots, soups, tracking sales protocols from supply, valuable habits for consumers starting with no single plastic use, and with mixing resources, one conceives, one produces, one distributes, one upcycles. More to come after our coming event March 7th, for investors like-minded. As we are at Novalpian. Backstage working, small to big. Simply Souperlicious, Lupifood, SwissImpactStore, Nuha, Back to Roots, Proseed, Bluana, Hexem, and Tree of Life, be part of the event. PM me to know more and reserve a seat. 📆 Broths, brothers, good sense, no fatality in treating our regional ecosystems for the right way, and recipes will work hopefully to bigger federations, in this world.

What does it take to succeed in insect protein? At Bardee, it’s been resilience, innovation, and a relentless focus on scaling our mission—despite having far less funding than some of our global competitors. The journey in insect technology isn’t easy. Even industry leaders like Ÿnsect—pioneers in mealworm farming, raising over $400 million—have faced significant challenges. Their innovations, like new vertical farming techniques and getting Robert Downey Jr. to eat a mealworm on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, brought insect protein into the spotlight. Yet, the complexity of scaling has led them into a safeguarding procedure. We appreciate their pioneering efforts and wish them the best as they navigate these challenges. At Bardee, we've ensured our technology will continue to drive impact by bringing products to market quickly and efficiently. Our new facility is designed to divert 40,000 tonnes of food waste from landfills annually, transforming it into sustainable products like animal feed, pet food ingredients, and fertilisers. Superfly fertiliser is available at Bunnings, used to grow the MCG turf, and supplied to horticulture farms across Australia. We’ve produced up to 100 tonnes of insect protein meal in a single day, powering brands like Petzo’s Eco-Woofer and supplying layer hen farms with sustainable protein. By turning waste into value, we’re contributing to the circular economy and proving that it’s possible to deliver real solutions to the market, fast. Though balancing multiple focuses can be challenging, and inherent to all circular economy solutions, our partnerships and expertise have helped bring Bardee’s vision to life. Our exclusive partnership with CSC Waste & Recycling allows us to provide a comprehensive waste management solution that delivers real value to customers by integrating with broader recycling and upcycling technologies. Pivoting to meet customer needs has been key to bringing solutions to market successfully. Bardee's food waste and packaging collections offer full traceability through monthly Scope 3 emissions reduction reports. As the world shifts toward a circular economy, Bardee remains committed to transforming food waste into valuable resources. We’re grateful to pioneers like Ÿnsect for paving the way, and together, we’ll continue driving the future of food forward. https://lnkd.in/gk69wXfj #InsectProtein #CircularEconomy #Sustainability #FoodWaste #Innovation #FutureOfFood

That's a perfect combination of land utilization, Agri-PV can generate additional revenue streams for farmers, making agriculture more economically sustainable. For remote or off-grid farms, Agri-PV can provide a reliable source of electricity, reducing energy costs and enhancing Solar panels can provide partial shading for crops, protecting them from extreme weather conditions like excessive heat or hail, which can enhance crop yields and reduce water requirements. The shade provided by solar panels can reduce water evaporation from soil, potentially leading to water savings in irrigation.
Solar power and tasty raspberries – our Agri PV demonstration plant in Bedburg produces both. The opening ceremony was a personal highlight, not only because I got to taste the first raspberry harvest (and even brought some home for my family), but also because it reinforced the importance of the Rhenish lignite area region as a hub for green technologies and innovation. A big thank you to all the colleagues who made this event such a great success.
