We’re proud to be among the partners supporting this successful International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC) taskforce operation. Through the use of specialized technologies and collaborative work between dedicated organizations and law enforcement professionals, the operation managed to identify 115 victims and positively identify 37 offenders. Additionally, 45 victims were rescued, and 7 attackers were arrested. Hats off to the law enforcement officers whose dedication and hard work made this operation so successful. #lawenforcement #toservethosewhoprotect
The International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC), carried out the first operation to identify victims of abuse material and sexual exploitation of children in Latin America and the Caribbean. As part of our ongoing efforts to combat online child sexual exploitation through National Capacity Building, ICMEC has been actively expanding Victim Identification taskforces to bolster regional law enforcement capacity in identifying victims online. None of this would have been possible without the invaluable support of The Jensen Project, Clearview AI, Griffeye, and Child Rescue Coalition, Inc. We extend our deepest gratitude to these partners for their unwavering commitment to our cause.
