I'm looking for some tips/tricks from seasoned Digital Marketers/Digital Sales Leads when it comes to tracking Facebook posts for specific clients. My issue is that Facebook only analyzes 200 posts from a given period of time that you select, but we post that many at least every 3-5 days. Is there any tool(s) out there that that helps with keeping track of this type of thing aside from just linking every single post - which isn't possible in real time. Example: We have a client where we tag them everytime we make a certain type of post over the course of a year. These aren't posts that are planned, just content that randomly happens - and when it does, we tag them. At the end of the year, I want to go back and find every post where we've tagged said client so that I can give them an overview of their reach. A. Facebook Search is ... not great. B. If I search the whole year, it literally only scans 200 posts so I miss 99% of the content. My biggest issues is that I'm not even sure exactly what type of tool I'm looking for, but I KNOW there has to be someone out there who collects the same type of data.
