I Believe Having A Clear List of Pain Points and Overcoming Strategies really gives us a CLEAR VISION. Often times a problem can only be analysed by considering the recurring problems. If overlooked they will be visible anyways, at times at the cost of higher turnover or a bad CSAT experience.
