To celebrate National Coffee Milkshake Day, here is a recipe for a yummy coffee treat! Ingredients 1⁄2 cup milk 1-2 tablespoons instant coffee granules or espresso powder 4 large scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream (about 1 1/2 cups) whipped cream and chocolate sauce, for topping (optional) Instructions Add the milk and coffee granules to a blender. Leave for a few minutes, then add the ice cream. Pulse a few times to break up the ice cream. Then blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If the milkshake is too thick, add more milk and blend again until the desired consistency is reached. Taste and adjust the amount of coffee as needed. Pour into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Good morning! Your choice of flat white with caramel syrup is excellent. The caramel gives a distinctive flavor and makes the coffee more delicious. If you want to try other flavors, you can try vanilla or hazelnut syrup. * Tip: If you prefer your coffee sweeter, you can ask for more syrup. Do you have any other questions about coffee?

If you’re in the mood for an ice cold coffee drink, then you’ve got a few options to choose from… The Frappe offers a sweet treat, made from blended ice, espresso and milk with a dash of sweet flavoured syrup to taste. A classic Iced Coffee on the other hand is as simple and easy as it gets. Espresso, cold filtered water and milk are combined with ice cubes, delivering a delicious blend of better sweet flavours. Finally, cold brew coffee takes a long time to make but is well worth the wait. It’s stronger and contains more caffeine than regular iced coffee, and has a more earthy flavour. Which of these do you prefer? #coffee #frappuccino #frappe #icedcoffee #coldbrew #coldbrewcoffee

Roasting Showdown: Drum vs. Hot Air 🔥🌬️☕ Choosing a roaster is all about how you want your coffee to taste! Let's break down the contenders: • Drum Roasting: Beans tumble in a heated drum, roasting through conduction (heat transfer via contact). Slower, richer flavors. • Hot Air Roasting: Beans are suspended in hot air, roasting faster through convection (heat transfer via air currents). Brighter, more acidic flavors. The Drum Roaster Advantage: • Flavor Depth: Longer roast times develop those yummy caramel, chocolatey notes. • Control & Creativity: More influence over flavor nuances during different roast stages. • Bean Versatility: Handles a variety of beans and roast levels with delicious results. Fact: Most specialty coffee is drum roasted to highlight its unique origin flavors! #drumroasting #hotairroasting #roastingstyles #flavormatters #BehindTheBrew
