Our work to support communities in the region is a key part of our Theory of Change: Coalition and Capacity Building. By identifying and investing in next-generation leadership, we can build their capacity for change and sustain meaningful progress for the long haul. Through this, we aim to make it possible for more local residents to stay in the Delta and serve in leadership roles — ultimately ensuring more funding reaches the Delta and is utilized in ways that reflect the priorities of the community.
