Between September and November, hundreds of colleagues from, among others, the DACH region, Poland, Italy, Croatia and Slovenia came together at their regional conventions to look back on the closed financial year and to embrace the upcoming peak season – the final Sales Convention was hosted by our friends of NOCIBE in France with a beautiful Christmas-themed stage. With plenty of #ThePeopleBehindBeauty on site – including Store Managers, Area Managers, Beauty Experts and colleagues from the HQ –, the events were all about the joint successes of 2024, updates on our growth strategy “Let it Bloom – DOUGLAS 2026”, sharing best practices and celebrating the teams and beauty brands. Retailers are calling for more brands, and brands are seeking greater retail participation at the trade fair. This initiative aims to facilitate proactive exchanges, forge new business contacts, and collaboratively advance the industry. The European Outdoor Group (EOG) and Messe München have established the Retail Advisory Council to directly gather feedback from international retailers on their needs and requirements for the trade fair concept. Better late than never to share the excitement gained from this dynamic experience. From innovative solutions to emerging trends and tasty vegan food 🥗, the Expo offered a comprehensive look into the ever-evolving landscape of eCommerce.
