I'm honoured to be a judge for the 'Product Manager of the Year' award, a new category in the 2024 Women In Digital Awards! 🏆 Last year, I had the privilege to be a 'Rising Star of the Year' award finalist and attended the award ceremony in Queensland. These awards celebrate amazing women in digital or technology and inspire future leaders in Australia. I couldn't recommend the experience enough and it was inspiring to witness a whole new level of women supporting women. I did not expect to be shortlisted as one of the finalists last year, but this shows that you miss 100% of the shots you don't take and don't give in to your self-doubts! ✨ Know an outstanding Product Manager or woman in digital who deserves recognition? Know an outstanding woman in digital who deserves recognition? Maybe you're that woman? ✨ The beautiful Kate Kirwin reached out, encouraging me to nominate into the awards after her own journey saw her win the Champion of Change category the year before. My first thought was "Why me?" what had I done that was award-winning? Luckily, the timing couldn't have been better. I'd just finished reporting on a successful digital campaign I'd orchestrated and thought why not? Let's do it.
