Attended the 18-days training for the International Certificate of Learning and Teaching, focused on advanced teaching practices, has been a transformative experience that significantly enhanced my professional competencies and pedagogical approaches. It involves the exposure to international best practices and diverse educational philosophies have broadened my perspective on teaching and learning. One of the most valuable aspects of the training was the opportunity to collaborate with educators from different grade level. These interactions facilitated a rich exchange of ideas and strategies, fostering a professional learning community that extends beyond the training itself. The collaborative exercises and discussions provided a platform for sharing experiences and gaining insights into different teaching approaches, which will be beneficial in my role as an IB facilitator. Hands-on activities and real-world scenarios during the training have offered practical approaches to implement in my teaching environment. The intensive nature of the program encouraged self-reflection, allowing me to identify areas for personal and professional development. A special thanks to my tutors( Ms Nadia and Sadia) as your deep knowledge of advanced teaching practices and your ability to convey complex concepts with clarity and enthusiasm have significantly enhanced my understanding and skills. The comprehensive curriculum, combined with your insightful guidance, has equipped me with valuable tools and strategies that I am eager to implement in my own teaching practice. Excited to Share! 🎉 I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to be a speaker at conference " education without Borders”, That was held last week on 16th and 17th of August 2024. It was an incredible experience to share insights on case study and problem-solving skills in education with such a vibrant and engaged audiences from all Arab countries. A huge thank you to Dr. Layal Ghaddar and all the team of (Flourish with Layal) hub for organizing this amazing event and for the chance to contribute. I enjoyed connecting with so many passionate professionals and learning from all the other talented speakers. Main points that include my speech: 1.
