Legitimate Power: Arises from a leader's official role. 2. Expert Power: Springs from a leader's knowledge and skills. 3. Referent Power: Rooted in admiration and respect for the leader. 4. Reward Power: Comes from the ability to offer incentives. 5. Coercive Power: Relies on imposing consequences. 6. Information Power: Derives from access to valuable insights.
